Andhra Pradesh Language Pandit Common Entrace Test is a objective type test containing only multiple choice questions. Andhra Pradesh LP CET is conducted by the AP Govt. Department and School Education Department for admission to one year Language Pandit Training Course (LPT) in government IASE/CTE’s and Private Language Training Colleges in the state of Andhra pradesh. AP LPCET 2015 Notification was released on 11th July, 2015. Courses offered in AP LP CET 2015 are Telugu Pandit, Hindi Pandit and Urdu Pandit. AP LP CET 2015 Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality

2. He / she should satisfy Local /Non Local Status requirements as per Presidential order 1974 and amendments thereon pertaining to Regulation of Admissions in Educational Institutions in Andhra Pradesh.

AP LPCET Age Limit

The candidates should have completed 19 years of age as on the 1st  July of the year of admission i.e. 01.07.2015. There is no upper age limit.

AP LPCET 2015 Educational Qualification

1. Telugu Pandit :

BA   (Telugu   Literature)   or   BA   (Oriental   Language   – Telugu) or Bachelor of Oriental Language Telugu or A Graduate degree with optional subject Telugu or MA (Telugu).

2. Hindi Pandit :

A   graduate   degree   with   optional   subject   Hindi   or Bachelor of Oriental Language  Hindi or Praveen of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha or Vidwan of Hindi   Prachara   Sabha,   Hyderabad   or   any   other equivalent   recognized   qualification   in   Hindi   (BA Standard) by the Government of Andhra Pradesh or MA (Hindi).

3. Urdu Pandit :

BA   (Urdu   Literature)   or   BA   (Oriental   Language   – Urdu) or Bachelor of Oriental Language Urdu or A Graduate degree with optional subject Urdu or MA (Urdu).

AP LP CET 2015 Exam Pattern :

Andhra Pradesh LP CET is objective type test containing multiple choice questions. The duration of the exam is one and half hour only. with maximum marks of 100

Part I: Current Affairs – 20 Questions

Part II: Numerical Ability – 10 Questions

Part III: Language – 30 Questions

Part IV: Literature – 40 Questions

AP LPCET Syllabus

Numerical ability – Four Fundamental operations (Addition, Subtraction, Division and Multiplication) and Averages.

Telugu Pandit – 1st Language of  8th to 10th classes of  AP State Syllabus

Hindi Pandit – 2nd Language of  8th to 10th classes  of  AP State Syllabus

Literature: Graduate Degree Standard

AP LPCET 2015 Fee

AP LP CET 2015 Fee is Rs.200/- (including examination fee). Candidates shall pay the fee through APONLINE or e-Seva centres from 11.08.2015 to 21.09.2015.

Steps to Apply AP LPCET 2015

1. The photograph size of the candidate should be 3.5X3.5cms

2. Paste the photograph on a white paper and sign below (sign in Black Ink only). That the signature must be within the box.

3. Scan only the photograph and signature but not the complete page.

4. The entire image containing the photograph and signature must be stored in *.jpeg format

5. The scanned image size not more than 50kb.
