“Express Raja” revolves around the story of a diamond worth Rs 75 crore, which is tagged to the neck of a dog, but goes missing. Raja (Sharwanand) is an unemployed youth, who wastes his time with his Tapori gang in Vizag. He sets out in search of a job in Hyderabad, where he is introduced to Surabhi. Another gang is now looking for Raja. Why the gang is running after him forms the crux of the story.
