Sathaar and Naresh play supporting roles. Ghatana movie is the dubbing version of Tamil movie Malini 22 Palayamkottai which was released in 2014 and became a decent hit. Ghatana Telugu Movie Story:

Malini (Nithya Menen) is a nurse who nurses a dream to make it big in life. She falls in love with Varun (Krish J Sathar) who in fact has a secret agenda for his ladylove. Prakash (Naresh) is his partner in crime.

Varun and Prakash conspire and take Malini for a ride and she lands up in jail. How she wrecks vengeance on both of them is the crux of the second half.
