Haryana Board HBSE 10th Toppers: This year, around 3.8 lakh students appeared for the class 10 exams across the Haryana state. The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani is all set to announce the HBSE Class 10th result 2018 for Regular and Open School on May 20, 2017. After the declaration of the results, The board will also release the Toppers list of Haryana Board 10th Class Exams. Students can check their BSEH Haryana 10th Exam Toppers 2018 details on the board’s official websites — bseh.org.in. HBSE 10th Merit List 2018 | Toppers

After the declaration of the HBSE 10th results, The board will also release the Toppers list of Haryana Board 10th (secondary) Exams according to School Wise, Subject Wise, and District Wise.

In 2018:

The pass percentage for regular students is 55.15 per cent

Toppers:

• Karthik from Jind has secured top position.
• The second rank is jointly shared by three students — Selina Yadav, Sonali and Hariom.

The pass percentage of open school stands at 66.73. This year too, the girls have outperformed boys by registering 55.34 pass percent.

A total of 3,64,800 examinees registered for the exam of which 1,86,586 passed and 15,526 got compartment while 1,62,688 candidates have failed. As many as 1,97,873 boys appeared in this examination of which 94,202 passed.

Similarly, a total of 1,66,927 females students registered for the 10th exam of which only 92,384 passed.

In 2016:

Last year, about 3.17 lakh students sat for the class 10th examination where 1.70 lakh were boys and 1.44 lakh were girls. The pass percentage in HBSE 10th Result was at the dismal 49 percent, still, girls outperformed the boys with almost 7 percent.

The girls performed better by registering a pass percentage of 52.62 per cent as compared to 45.71 per cent of the boys.

Out of the total number of candidates who took the examination, around 70 thousand candidates will be required to re- appear in the examination.
