Jalandhar MC Elections 2017 Results & Winning Candidates List

Jalandhar Municipal Corporation Elections: As per polls, schedule voting would be held on 17th December in 80 wards of Jalandhar and results would be announced on the same day after polling. Along with Jalandhar MC Elections, Amritsar, Patiala and 32 municipal councils and nagar panchayats in Punjab would take place on December 17. The polling will be held in 3200 polling stations and 4000 EVMs have been earmarked for the exercise. The voters can cast their vote between 8 AM to 4 PM. The election process will be completed by December 20. The Congress party has won the Jalandhar Municipal Corporation Elections 2017. The grand old party has bagged 66 wards out of a total of 80. The SAD-BJP alliance has managed to bag a total of 10 wards. While BJP has won 8 wards, the SAD managed 4. Although the AAP opened its account but couldn’t crawl up. The Others have grabbed 1 ward.
