Karuppan Tamil Movie Story:

Vijay Sethupathi is known for braveness in his village and gets married to Tanya, sister of Pasupathi, by winning his bull in the Jallikatu. Not aware of Bobby Simhaa’s love on Tanya, Pasupathi bids her in the game and hinders the plot for the revenge. A thin plot and a lengthy narration are the negatives in Karuppan.

An innovation is certainly not possible when handling scripts based on the village but some more spice and emotions could have made it impactful. A silent Simhaa and a forced villain portrayed by Sharath Lohitashwa could have been little more thoughtful to match Vijay Sethupathi’s grittiness.

Vijay Sethupathi and Pasupathi get into heat not knowing that Simhaa plays a game and everyone falls into prey and even Tanya misunderstands Vijay Sethupathi and how he wins her back is the remaining plot.
