Soggade Chinni Nayana Movie Story: (In Brief)

Ramu (Nagarjuna) is an NRI doctor and he visits his hometown with his wife Seetha (Lavanya Tripathi). Their marriage is on rocks as Ramu is a busy doctor and Seetha feels that he doesn’t love her as he is not spending time with her. Ramu’s mother Satyabhama (Ramya Krishna) is a widow. Her husband Bangarraju (Nagarjuna) dies around 30 years back in an accident. Rest of the story is how Bangarraju sets the family life of his son straight and how he settles a personal score.

Soggade Chinni Nayana is a family story with a fantasy element. We have seen these type of village stories in the past. However, there is a slight change in the second half with addition of social fantasy to the story. All in all, the movie is perfect watch for Sankranthi festive time. Despite weak second half, it still entertains.
