Chhattisgarh Suchna Kranti Yojana: Suchna Kranti Yojana (SKY) introduced in Chhattisgarh Budget 2017-18 by Dr. Raman Singh Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh to give a free smartphone to BPL families & college students. Chief Minister Raman Singh announced that his government will distribute 45 lakh smartphones free of cost to the poor across the state. CM said that 45 lakh smartphones will be given to BPL families (Below Poverty Line) in the state under ‘Suchna Kranti Yojana’ to provide accessibility of Chhattisgarh e-services in state.

The people who are living Below Poverty Line (BPL) in urban as well as in rural areas.
The students of the state

Chhattisgarh Government has allotted Rs.900 crore to provide smartphone and free sim card and 1500 new network tower under KSY Scheme. The state government of Chhattisgarh will start to distribute mobile phones soon to the poor people and the students of the state under Suchna Kranti Yojana.
