World Culture Festival 2016: The World Culture Festival 2016 is a celebration of The Art of Living’s 35 years of service, humanity, spirituality and human values. The event is expected to see a gathering of 35 lakh people and has a venue spread over an area of 1,000-odd acres at Delhi. The World Culture Festival 2016 is a three day festival from March 11 to March 13 and it is said to be one of the biggest cultural gatherings in recent times. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is the founder of the Art of Living, organisers of the World Culture Festival 2016. According to the sources, A number of spiritual leaders from different faiths are expected to come together during the event, as well as cultural performers from around the world. WCF Venue: Grounds opposite Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Metro Station & Mayur Vihar Extension Metro Station, Delhi

Date: March 11-13, 2016

Timings: 5 PM onwards

World Culture Festival 2016 Art of Living Events:

Over 35000 representatives from across the world are slated to perform at the event, including “8,000 musicians playing 40 instruments in a musical symphony to be performed in 2016 World Culture Festival organised by spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

There will be several tribal artists from states such as Chhattisgarh, Sikkim and Maharashtra.

The concerts stage is expected to host more than 10,000 artists who will play 40 traditional instruments.

Each day is due to end in a meditation session and the event is expected to break the record for the largest meditation gathering ever held.
